1. The fabric will be 100% polyester.

3. The fabric weft will be 11-warp 22.
4. The thickness of the fabric part will be 0.60 mm.
5. The light transmittance will be between 40%-50%.
6. The single layer weight of the fabric (1m2) will be 220 grams.
7. The fabric should have flame retardant properties.
8. The flame retardant property of the fabric will be according to TS EN 1101:2003+A1:2006 standards.
9. The fabric should not contain carcinogenic substances.
10. Türkak approved ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate will be included in the tender dossier.
11. The curtain case will be aluminum and must be a closed case. At least 1 meter of the case must weigh 500 grams.
12. The slats must be aluminum and the total of the slats must be at least 400 grams.

PLASTIC CORNISH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

BLACKOUT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The fabric composition feature will be 100% polyester. It will be acrylic coating. The fabric thickness will be 0.40 microns. Fabric weight will be 320 gr / m2 (+5%). The document showing the non-flammable feature of the fabric TS EN 1101:2003+A1:2006 will be included in the tender dossier. It should not contain carcinogenic substances. The document stating that it does not contain carcinogenic substances will be placed in the tender dossier. Türkak approved ISO 9001:2008 quality management system certificate will be included in the tender dossier. It will be an aluminum open case. The chain is plastic and its length will be adjusted according to the size. The pipe will be aluminum and will be 32-38 in diameter. Skirt lath should be used. It will be fabric that can be wiped clean. The curtains will be guaranteed for two years with all their parts. Color and pattern will be determined by the user. HOSPITAL CURTAIN SPECIFICATION

1. The fabric must be 100% polyester.
2. The fabric should have a satin look.
3. 1m2 of fabric should be at least 200 grams.
4. The Ministry of Health logo should be on the fabric and at least 4 logos should be used in 1 m2.
5. The logos on the fabric must be made by jacquard weaving. (It will not be in the form of printing-paint-embroidery-knitting)
6. Logos should be placed in negative-positive directions.
7. The upper part of the curtain should be made of 30 cm light-transmitting tulle, etc.
8. Curtain length will be 160 cm fabric + 30 cm tulle and the net length of the curtain will be 190 cm.
9. The flammability level of the fabric will have the value of TS EN 1101:2003+A1:2006. This document will be included in the tender dossier.
10. The fabric should not contain any carcinogenic substances. TÜRKAK-approved document stating that it does not contain carcinogenic substances will be included in the tender dossier.
11. Curtains will also be belted and have velcro.

PATIENT CURTAIN RAIL SPECIFICATIONS

1. The aluminum hospital rail should be 1.2mm -13.6mm x 35mm in size and manufactured from anodized F21 hard aluminum.
2. Curtain rail must be connected with ceiling suspension rods made of 1st class 6060 alloy, 12mm x 1.5 in size.
3. The roulette, which allows the curtains to move freely, must be made of elteks raw material. The part attached to the curtain will be a plastic hook.
4. The standard height of the patient rails should be 220 cm.
5. 1 meter should be 290 grams.
